system file protection

This might sound kinda funny but I'm one of those people who believe in
having the right to erase any file or system file from my system that I
want. Even if it's not a very smart idea. I can always reinstall the system.
Has MS provided a way to disable sfp so I can clean some unused unneeded
directories from my system like media play in program files if it's
uninstalled? I can't get rid of this and it's not system critical.
