System File Checker-Missing Files Message

When I run SFC /scannow I get the message:

Files that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the
DLL Cache.
Insert your Win XP Pro CD-ROM now.

How do I proceed from there, please? When I put in the CD, the Welcome to MS
Windows screen comes up and asks "What do you want to do?"and displays the
menu:
-Install Windows XP
etc

How do I get it to copy the missing files without reinstalling Windows?

Just exit the installation on the CD and proceed with the SFC /SCANNOW.
