System Event 1014

Every time I start up my computer a System Event log 1014 is created
with description "Name resolution for the name www.gsmradar.ru timed out
after none of the configured DNS servers responded."

I can't find out which program or service tries to connect to
"www.gsmradar.ru"
If I try to connect "www.gsmradar.ru" via the browers no DNS server can
find this site.

Can anybody help me with this?
