System errors when using EWF / CF

It seemed I had every thing working just fine on CF with EWF enabled. But, after an hour or so goes by I get the following stacked up message boxes

Explore.exe - system error
Winlogin.exe - system erro
Windows -erro

Maybe I made a mistake when I loaded all the latested updates and patches. I'm thinking about reloading XPE SDK to get rid of all the updates

Has anyone else ran into this or have any idea's ??

1) Is it RAM based EWF overlay? If so, your EWF cache may be growing too
much. Learn how to minimize EWF RAM usage:

2) Sometimes I've obsevered really weird behaviour using EWF/RAM without
this QFE:

I'll check to see if I have the QFE's already.
What's really strainge is the same image works on a hard drive with EWF enabled

EWF is (RAM) type
