System Error

When trying to open the program, Ultimate Family Tree, I
receive the following message. "(System Error) Divide
By Zero or Overflow Error".

What do I do to fix or prevent this error?

Reinstall the program on top of the existing files. If this does not
help you may want to contact the author/manufacturer of the software.
 
Hello:
I get this to, when I try to install older sierra games. Haven't figured
that one out yet.
