System Error

Whilst i am online i receive a message:
The system has recovered from a serious error.
A log off this error has been created.
(When checked it reads)
Error signature.
BC code:d1 BCP1:FF8 A 3000. BCP2: 0000002. BCP3: 0000000. BCP4 FA 202F2D.
OSVer:5_1_2600 . SP: 1_0 Product:768_1

Has anybody any idea as to how i get rid of this problem as it keeps
shutting down my broadband access whilst i am downloading.

My system is continually recovering from “serious error†This occurs aprox.
5-8 times a day, has been going on for several days now. The error reports
BC code:10000050 BCP1:FS88788C BCP2: 0000000. BCP3: F9729C09 BCP4 00000000
OSVer:5_1_2600 . SP: 2_0 Product:768_1
