system error message

there is a bubble at the bottom that says....Windows-
System Error there is an IP address conflict with
another system on the network.

I first noticed it when I went in and removed "virtual
bouncer" program by using the remove program through the
control panel.

How do I get the bubble to stop coming up? and how do i
know which address in in conflict with another system?

If you had Virtual Bouncer, then you probably have other spyware on your
system. Clean it up by using Spyware S&D and/or Ad-aware. I'm assuming
that you *don't* have another computer with the same name/ip address on
your home network.
