When I boot up my CPU I get a Windows "Status" box, that
is black and empty, then I get an Window "Update" box
around it, black and empty. After the second set appears,
I get a "System Error message box in fisrt box that
states "unable to open dialog" with a red circle with
white cross. Anyone know how to correct/fix this
problem? Oh, I can close both update boxes and the CPU
finishes to boot up normally. Thanks for your assistance.

I know you said windows boxes, however I have never heard
of this type of thing being associated with the operating
system, I would check into what's loading upon startup.
with msconfig. I would ask the usual questions, do you
have AV software , do you have a firewall, have you
scanned your system recently ? or done a free online scan
