System crash when switching users

Hi,

I get a blue screen when fast switching users. Prior to
this, I get several error messages, such as 'No hardware
display detected'.

Any idea what the solution could be?

System: P4 HT 2.8 GHz, Radeon 9600 graphics card, 160 +
120 GB hard drives, XP Home Edition.

You should check that the AGP card is properly seated and located [pushed in
firmly] and locked at each end. Case side has a screw to hold it firmly and
the other end inside the case should have a locking pin or clip.

If it is properly seated and located, then check the drivers.
