Hi,
I upgraded my Motherboard and Processor after which I couldn't start the
system. I contacted the MB maufacturer they said its OS problem. My OS is:
Windows-XP Home edition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Vas

It's best and sometimes necessary to do a clean install of WinXP or
at the least a Repair Install of XP when upgrading the Motherboard. Reason
being
XP has all the drivers from the previous board and is looking for
them. That's why XP won't load up. If your system
won't start physically then yes it's probably the Motherboard or CPU.
Just retrace your steps and make sure that
everything is connected and seated properly. If you are experiencing
the former, check here

They told you it was an OS problem, but not how to fix it? Nice.
