System Command to "Pause" certain time?

There is sleep from the reskit, DOSE freeware, tip 4170 in the 'Tips & Tricks'
at http://www.jsiinc.com, WaitForTime and Delay freeware at tip 5537, sleep
freeware at tip 7744, and the sleep alternative, tip 4630:

@ping -n Times 127.0.0.1>nul

where Times should be approximately the number of seconds you wish to delay plus
1.
