system clock

I have just tried to update my system clock by clicking the update button in
date and time properties and received the following message, the time sample
was rejected because the peer's stratum is less than the host's stratum.

Can anybody help?
 
Use this time server: time-c.timefreq.bldrdoc.gov
Evidently microsoft's server is having problems.
