System Clock not working!

Ever had a problem where the system clock never saves on a PC? I've
changed the battery so it's not that. What do you think?

The first thing we need to know is does it lose time when the computer is
shut off, or while you are running Windows.

If you reverse the polarity on the battery install, it won't work. Might as
well have no battery in place.
