How do I fix this "low system battery voltage "situation
I have upon startup please? I am running "XP Home" I
tried looking under power options and tried to pick
an "alarms" tab but there was none. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.

thats what you have to do, replace the battery on your
mother board.open the case and look for a round silver
colored disk, it will say some thing about battery on the
board, if you don't feel competent to change it take it
to a shop. it won't cost much.
