I KEEP ON GETTING THIS MESSAGE WHEN I TURN MY COMPUTER ON IVE DONE
EVERYTHING AND SPOKEN TO MICROSOFT BUT SOLVED NOTHING I HAV'NT GOT WINDOWS
XP DISK WHAT CAN I DO?
 
thanks, Just keep on getting a full screen on desktop saying system 32
folder, deleting these folders will harm your computer

Ive used microsofts products from their website and run all their malware
products deleted all infectious malware and still get system 32 when i log
on, ive even spoken to microsoft direct and gone through all their steps
still nothing and also i havent got windows xp disk,what i understand without
this disk its difficult to solve my problem!!

Perhaps it is time to take your machine to a professional computer
repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA). It sounds like you
haven't got a clean machine and/or there is other damage. As far as not
having the XP install disk, see this link:
