System 32 window opens on startup

I just downloaded and installed SP2 last night. I now get
a System 32 window automatically opening over my desktop
when I start the computer. How do I stop this from
happening?

"This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by an
incomplete program removal, in the:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys."
