Everytime I start my computer and log in to Windows XP a screen comes up with
Windows\System 32. It shows all the files in that directory. I found a fix
for this before, but I forgot what I did. It has something to do with the
registry.

Take a look here,

2000, or Windows NT 4.0

Thanks I tried that, but there is no Active Movie listing in that registry
entry. Below are the entries under that area. Can anyone help?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
REGSVR32.EXE /S CTASIO.DLL
G:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel\atiptaxx.exe
G:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe
G:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

Did you check this registry key?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Is there an entry for SB Audigy 2 Startup Menu?

If there is, download and run this script,
