system 32 message

when i start computer i get system 32 nt not suitable for dos programs, i
have checked for the file Windupdate and within this folder i have the
following three
comm.dll Winka.exe and WinUpdt.exe i don't know if these are meant to be
deleted or not can someone please help as i don't want to delete something
that belongs there thanks heaps
