possible but ive been told i need the xp disk to repair my problem but i

help me with this issue to repair my problem

Hi Rocco. This is normally caused by an empty entry in the system registry.
Look in Hkey_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run and
see if any values are empty. If so, right click on the run key, and export
it (as a backup) then delete the empty value. Also, check the same location
under Hkey_Currant_User.

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
