SYSTEM 32 FOLDER POPUP

EVERY TIME I START UP WIN 2000 MY SYSTEM 32 FOLDER POPS UP
ON THE DESKTOP. IT EVEN POPS UP AT VARIOUS TIMES WHILE THE
COMPUTER JUST SITS THERE. HELP????
