system 32 folder pops up when windows starts

I need help. Whenver I boot up my computer it goes into windows fine but the
system 32 folder always pops up when it first logs into windows and keeps
popping up about 4 times. why is it doing this? I need help. also what
programme is best to remove ad a ware? plezz msg back thx

Greetings --

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
