Sysprep

Could someone explain to me exactly when I would use
sysprep and how to use it? I understand that it creates
an image of my hard disk but I'm not exactly sure where
it puts the image when it is created or how to deploy
that image onto other computers. I have about 100
computers in my company and I want to deploy the image of
this computer onto all my other computers. Please help.

I read through that and I'm still unclear as to how to
use sysprep? I click on the sysprep.exe file and it
brings up a tool that allows me either to use factory
mode or reseal the computer? Is that all I can do with
sysprep? I thought it was a tool that allowed me to make
an image of this computer and then copy the image to
other computers? Please help
