Is that a way we can install window xp without putting any disc and
it is automated even with computer name?
Too much left to interpretation.
"without putting any disc" could mean too many things. No windows XP CD?
No startup disc to kick off the process? No WINNT.SIF containing diskette?
No diskette for controller cards (F6 install.) Etc.
"is automated even with computer name" is not an issue - that is part of the
unattend.txt/winnt.sif - and can be further refined with external scripts
(either during the unattended or at the very end - with other tools.)

Your other choice might be to create a universal image - but I think you
would get more flexibility with an unattended installation.

Something "extra" - to lock down these systems if needed.
