Sysprep switches question

Regarding this:
"c:\sysprep\sysprep.exe -quiet -reboot -oempreinst -nosidgen -reseal
-activated"

What does oempreinst do? Is that obselete or does that do something secret?

You can create a folder called, I think, '$OEM$' in the root of the C:
drive of your source machine. In that folder will be setup files and
specially configured instruction files. When the target system is first
booted and after the mini-setup has run Windows will then execute these
OEM setup files and install additional software on the target PC.

This is used because some software, like Norton Anti-Virus, don't behave
well after being SysPrep'ed. So you have to install them fresh after the
new PC boots up. You have to be an OEM System Builder to get the
instructions on how to use these files. To become one all you have to do
is buy a three pack of Windows XP OEM from a licensed OEM distributor.
