Sysprep problems (I think)

OK... I am building an image for IBM Laptops for the T model series from T23 and up. I've downloaded all of the drivers for each model and placed them in the sysprep directory under a folder call drivers. I then have subdirectories for audio, monitor, NIC, Video, WiFi. In those directories are more subdirectories for each model, and so on until you get to the OS specific driver. I've pretty much just unpacked all of the drivers in their corresponding directories.

I've added what I think is every driver path in the Oempnpdriverspath line however (is that necessary? Or can I just specify c:\sysprep\drivers instead of c:\sysprep\drivers\wifi\intel\winxp\ etc...?), none of the drivers get installed when it runs the mini-setup. When I boot into the laptop and open up device manager, I have a nice long list of unknown and other devices.

I've seen the Oempreinstall=yes line thrown around here and there, but not sure if you need it. I don't have it in there at this time. Is that required?

Any other ideas of what I should be checking?

Thanks in advance!

I've tinkered around with this a bit more, however I am still not loading drivers in mini-setup. Now when I log in to Windows for the first time it finds all the new hardware and I have to point Windows to where the driver files are. This is the exact same place I told sysprep to look and they load perfectly without issue. Why are my drivers not being installed at mini-setup?
