sysprep problem

I am getting an error message when I run sysprep on a new
image. "Sysprep can not run on a machine which is a
member of a network domain" I know this is not true since
I do this all the time. Can anyone tell me why I would
get this message?
 
Hmmm, I haven't seen that one. Are you using the latest version of Sysyprep
from MS's download site?
 
MS recommends you remove a workstation from the domain
before running sysprep. within your sysprep.inf file you
can script all new machines to re-join the domain during
the mini-setup wizard
