Is there an option line within SysPrep to insert the Office 2003 key? I know
there is a place for the XP OS key to be inserted, but have yet to see
anything for an Office product key.

If there is no option for the code, how else can one activate Office 2003
using a ghosted of XPSP2 with Office 2003?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Hello,
You would have to use an Office unattended method for this to work.
you may want to post to an Office newsgroup
Something like microsoft.public.office.setup
The Sysprep.inf file is for OS settings.
Thanks,

use the ENTERPRISE_IMAGE=True property when installing Office, this will
prevent office from doing product activation after having it restored from an
image.
.. If you are using the custom installation wizzard you can add the property
there. Additionally you might want to think of also adding the
NOUSERNAME=True setting.
