Where can Sysdiff.exe be found? I was told it was a free Microsoft utility
on the oem site but I'll be darned if I can find it.

I used Sysdiff from the NT and 2000 resource kits, but I think a compatible
version isn't available for XP. You can however use InCtrl5 if all your
wanting to do is monitor an application install. There is also RegMon and
FileMon from Sysinternals that is used heavily by XPe devs.
