Syntax error?

Does somebody knows how to give the following error a better description?

Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression '[AutoNr]='.

This happens when i click on a cmd button where there is no record.
 
Search for terms like "error trapping" or "trappable errors" in the Access
Help file, or other instrument of learning of your choice.
