Syncronizing all outlook 2007 folders with my hotmail account

Hi, I don't seem to be able to find the 'syncronize' button in outlook 2007.
I downloaded my folders list but cannot select the folders to syncronize
outlook 2007 with my hotmail account.
How do I select the folders in outlook 2007 that I wish to syncronize with
my hotmail account please.

Are you using the Outlook Connector?
