Is there a way to have Outlook syncronize the folders at a specific
time? It does it during the day while I am working and it slows down my
PC. If I could set it to perform this operation after work hours that
would be great.

Thanks
Eddie

For what account type and which version of Outlook?
Synching folders means that there is a send/receive in progress. So if you
don't want to check for new mail during the day you should put it in offline
mode; File-> Work Offline
