My main system is my desktop and I also have a notebook. I would like to
syncronize my outlook inbox and sentbox back and fourth from system to
system.

How do I do this automomatically?
How do syncronize the two different systems so that I have the same
information on both systems?
Once I open my mail on one system my service take it off their server.

Thank you for you help.
Cheers,
Bear_dog

Hi Milly,
I reviewed the information and it will not work for me.
according to the infomraiton I read I can not use the same e-mail address. I
need to sync my personal e-mail address.
Also it will not allow for the sent files to be synced.

Other ideas.

WHAT won't work? What solution did you review?

Yes it will.
according to the infomraiton I read I can not use the same e-mail
address.

You either misinterpreted what you read or it was incorrect. Nothing
prevents you from using the same mail address in multiple instances of
Outlook.
I need to sync my personal e-mail address.

You don't sync addresses. You sync the data Outlook contains.
Also it will not allow for the sent files to be synced.

Yes, it will.
