Syncronise Outlook with second PC

Hi

I've just been converted to Outlook (2002 on Win XP) as a result of using it
with my pocket PC

Is there a simple and relatively automated system to syncronise Outlook
files on my main PC with those on my laptop (rather like ActiveSync does for
the pocket PC)

Also, I still need to use use outlook express for email (don't ask), and I
want to be able to sync the inbox with my laptop (again just like you can do
with ActiveSync and Syncdata addon)

Why not use the PocketPC It will keep two Outlooks in sync just fine.

I don't know of any tool that will sync Outlok with Outlook Express that is
not commercial.
