syncronise betwin 2 PC's ???

Hi
I use two PC's a stationary and a laptop
and Outlook 2000 and 2002(XP)
and can't remember anymore what is where
Is it possible to syncronise the two which at home is connected in a LAN
so I have everything (concerning Outlook) on boath of them
