Syncing With Clie

Any message I create in Outlook 2003 shows " (Not a Meeting) " behind the appointment in my Clie every time I sync my Outlook 2003 with my Clie. This didnt happen before I upgraded to Outlook 2003 - any ideas ?
 
What program are you using for synching? Have you checked for updates?
