Synchronizing Offline Files

I set up Outlook 2000 to enable offline files. During
synchronization, I'm getting the error message below.
Only about 100 emails are available in my offline Inbox.
There should be over 500. All the emails are from January
2003, for some reason. I tried to find this error message
in the Knowledge Base, but can only find reference to
Outlook 97. Please help. Thanks.

I found this article, which may be the problem. But I
will not know until I test it.
