Synchronizing office apps

Hi,

I'd like to sychronize my home Outlook infomation (Calendar & Contacts) with
my office Outlook information. (Two different PCs)

If possible, I'd like to do this as an ongoing effort. (Ideally as an
automatic feature) I can do this with a handheld device - but I have not
found any information concerning other computers.

Using the manual import/export option is not ideal solution.

If you were to create a partnership between your PDA and two PCs, you can
use the PDA to sync the two PCs. Than't what I do with my iPAQ, syncing my
work and home systems.
