Synchronizing a Palm with Outlook

Our office uses a Shared Contacts folder to hold all of
our client's name and addresses. If I want to synch my
Palm with Outlook, I must first copy everything from the
Shared Contacts folder into my personal folder. Is there
the capability to have my Palm synch directly with the
Shared Contacts Folder?

Best to check with the specialised sync vendors' products, e.g.
Intellisync and Chapura (they have web sites).
