synchronizes folder

In the folder list I don't see anymore le little arrow in the lower right
conner telling me that the folder is sync wiht the server there all gone,
somenone know how to restore it?

Which version of Outlook are you using? If you are using Outlook 2002, the
folder icon no longer shows it is being synched with the server.
 
I think that's not a great idea to have remove this thing. How do we know
what is sync with the server?????
