Synchronize Second ComboBox

VB2005. I have two tables with Key/Value pairs in the table. I want the
second combo box on my form to update based on the selection in the first.
I have no idea how to get a parameter to the query, or in fact exactly how
to access the query programmatically. Any suggestions?
