Synchronize my laptop and desktop with exchange server?

I have two laptops and a desk computer on a mall office network, a remote
hosted email exchange server (VPN) plus PoP email as additional service. How
can I keep current data on all of them?

If you're connecting to an Exchange server over a VPN, then each instance of
Outlook should see exactly the same data. What are you using for the
delivery location on each PC?
