I have more than one user profile (XP) on my computer, and want to be able to look at one calendar (Outlook 2003) for all three. At the moment, I have to go into all the user profiles, check I am not busy, then go back to the user profile I was in, and book in the appointment, which then has to be booked into the other calendars too! I just want to be able to see one calendar, and no maytter what user profile I am in, if I book an appointmnet, it gets booked in all three.

The reason I have separate user profiles is because I have different databases (Business Contact Manager) that I do not want to mix.

Why not use the same PST file for all three profiles?

All your data is stored in a .pst file, except for the BCM data which is in
a separate database. You can see the files in the File | Data File
Management dialog.

Sue, I have no idea what that means. I am rubbish at computers! I know
that I back up my Outlook to a PST, but apart from that, have no idea what
else it does.
I have different user profiles so that I can keep different contacts in
each. Would the same PST end up merging all the contacts?

Thak you Sue. Could you direct me to an article / help file that explains how to make all the calendar data available across all XP user profiles?

As I said before, just use the same .pst file in each profile. You can add
..pst files and change the default .pst file on the Tools | Email Accounts |
View or change existing email accounts dialog. The .pst file you want to use
should be in a folder accessible to each Windows XP user.
