Synchronisation with XP

A client has an XP Desktop PC, an XP notebook PC and a Vista notebook
PC. He want to synchronize them as follows:

Database on desktop with both notebooks (one already working via XP
Briefcase)

Documents on XP notebook with documents on Vista notebook

Email on XP notebook with email on Vista notebook


Any suggestions?

My OEX program (www.oehelp.com/OEX/) will let you import messages from OE to
WM and reverse across a network, but it won't actually synchronize the two.

How about changing the message store so it is in My Documents, then
dragging that into a Briefcase. Would that work?
