Synching up with a flash drive

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I want to
synch my flash drive up with my computer so that everytime I hook it up
it replaces old docs with new ones. Any ideas on how I can set this up
to work automatically. I can manually do it, it would just be nice if
I didn't have to sit there for 20 minutes sorting and copying files.
