Synching Outlook Folders for use on Multiple machines

Hi
Does anybody know if it's possible and if so how, to make
my Outlook folders available on two machines either by
updating live over a network or by synchronizing? I was
wondering if there was any third party software available
to do this or if anyone knew some clever way of sharing
the .pst files?
