Is there a way to upload my office calendar to Microsoft (like the "save my
settings wizard") so that I can download it at home into my home calendar?

The following assumes that either neither Outlook is Outlook 2003 or both
are.

If you want to transfer only your calendar, create a new PST
(File>New>Outlook Data File). Then, right-click your calendar and choose
Copy. Specify the new PST as the destination. When the copy completes,
right-click the new PST and choose Close. Close Outlook. At this point,
you can either copy the PST to a transfer medium like a CD (chances are it
won't fit on a diskette) or you can rename its file type (to something like
..psx) and mail it to your home address as an attachment.

One you have it at home, place it on your PC's hard drive in any folder you
choose, taking care not to overwrite any existing PST of the same name. If
you mailed it to yourself, save it to disk and then change its file type
back to ".pst". Make sure it is not read-only (right-click in Windows
Explorer, choose Properties, and uncheck "Read Only"). Then in Outlook,
click File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST, select it, and click
OK. It will open and you;ll see the Calendar folder it contains. Open that
folder and either select, drag, and drop items as you choose, or switch to a
list view like By Category, select all items with CTRL-A, and click
Edit>Copy to Folder. Specify your default Calendar as the destination.
When the copy completes, you can close the added PST with right-click>Close
and it will no longer appear as a separate calendar.
