Synching and reading email from exchange server???

Is there a program out there for synching email between 2 separate computers
from an exchange server so that if you delete a message offline it will
delete it from the other computer when you synch, and also delete it from
the server when you connect, this would also require being able to read
email offline which I am not sure if this is even possible.

Can this be done?
 
If you use OST (Offline folder) files with Outlook and Exchange Server you
should achieve what you want.
