Sync Toy exit code 5 when run as a scheduled task in Win XP MCE

When I run Sync Toy as a scheduled task in WinXP MCE the log shows that it
runs and the message "Result: The task has completed with an exit code of
(5)" is the last line in the log entry. Anyone know what this code means??
Anyone know a list of possible exit codes and their meanings???
 
PS I'm assuming the exit code is a win32 error code, else you need to read the manual.

I don't know what a "win32 error code" is. Also, what manual are you
referring to?? Do you have any guidance as to why one gets Access Denied??
 
The help file would be a good place to look. There are lots of reasons for Access Denied - and it depends if it is an extended error code (when it means what it says) or a old error code (which has multiple extended error codes mapped to it). who are you running it as?
