sync problem

I have four w2k servers and I am experiencing a
synchronization problem. I can reset a password for a
users account and it may take 5 minutes to replicate to
other servers. If I make a change to a policy it may take
hours to replicate. All servers are on same subnet with
fast link. Any help is apprecitated. Thanks
