Sync Outlook between PCs

I want to sync contacts and calendar between my PC and my laptop in order to
have the same info in both places. Surely this has been covered here multiple
times, but oh ... to find the right search terms! Perhaps someone will repeat
the info?

It's probably been covered many times in an Outlook newsgroup.
When reposting, make sure to state what you use (Outlook /
Outlook Express) and the version number.
